Joined the Operation Write Home sketch challenge this week - my goal is to clean off my work table by using all the scraps I have left from previous craft days. (more post to come)

OWH Sketch Challenge #163

Spent the weekend making cards using only papers in my scrap box - goal was to use up all the big pieces on cards before I moved on to the next paper - this is going to take a while to clean out my scrap papers - but I love these papers that is why they are in the scrap box - they were previous papers I selected for other projects.  I love viewing cards on Pinterest and Splitcoaststampers to get ideas for cards - lots of creative cards as you will find I CASE many here.  And gives me great ideas to use all of my SU stamps in different ways.

Using the OWH #163 Sketch challenge - decided on Birthday cards -

 

Finishing up Mother's Day cards for OWH - used my K&C paper scraps

Created more Birthday cards for my OWH box going out this week

Created a special Birthday card for a 4 year old who loves Cars - using the Cars Cricut cartridge.

This was fun and I will continue with my quest to use up all these nice papers in my scrap box to make many cards for the troops and get my box to OWH out by the end of this week.

 

 

And to add a before and after picture of my office/craft space.  My craft space was overtaking my office and consuming me.  As much as I tried to be organized it got the best of me.  So I splurged and bought Martha Stewart craft furniture to get more organized.  It is so pleasant now to work daily in my organized office and makes crafting so much easier as everything has a place and can be put away now.

my delivery of new MS furniture - beware you must assembled - it is like Legos for adults - took a lot of patience but the outcome was well worth the work - and this stuff is very HEAVY and SOLID!
